Cancellations are accepted for physical products only.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns are accepted for physical products only.

Request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Once the Item has been returned, a refund will be issued.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping & Dispatch Policy
All shipping to the UK is free of charge.

Once an order has been placed you will receive a dispatch window. An estimate of the dispatch window is given separately for each item.

Once dispatched a tracking number will be provided and you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.

You will receive updates for when the build starts and when the item is dispatched.
